PSAB: Why did you decide to choose the name "Haunting Skies" for your band?
HS: Really at the time we actually had a different line up, and when we came up with that name, it sounded pretty cool, and now the name has really grown a sort of meaning for us now.
HS: Absolutely, we are currently working on a concept album titled "The Endless Grey" which is still currently being written, and hopefully that could drop around 2015 with the proper support behind us.
PSAB: How has the experience been being managed by Damon Moreno?
HS: Its been rather well, he always hooks us up with the best deals that bands like ourselves need to have, and is always looking to get our music into the hands of a possible new connection and searching for possible tour opportunities. We like what he has done for us even for only working with him for about 5 months. We can't wait to see whats to come next with this partnership!
PSAB: What is the local metal scene like in Kansas City, MO?
HS: Its a very welcoming place. We all treat each other like as if we were part of some brotherhood, and its very welcoming to a newer up and coming band like ourselves. We love the people of KC and are proud to be from here!
PSAB: What one band plays the most influence on your music?
HS: I suppose, if it was one band, Dream Theater... but we get much... much heavier.
PSAB: Do you have any shout outs to give to your fans?
HS: Shout outs go to Jacob Means, Michael Manley, Anthony Pierce, and all our close friends and family of Haunting Skies, we love you all!
