Interview with Robotface!

Genre(s): Deathcore
Location: Indianapolis
PSAB: The name "Robotface" is your band name. Why did you choose that for your name?

RF: It really hold no premise to the band or sound, what it represents is a modern age of technology. A place where people are hiding behind a fake face, whether it be via the internet or in person. The name gives people a way to visualize something so metaphorical as this much easier than drawing out a long name full of unnecessary words. Short and too the point haha

PSAB: When can we expect new music from you? By the end of 2014?

RF
:
We are currently in production of our first full length album. All we can say is we are shooting for a release date sometime in the first quarter of next year, 2015!

PSAB: If you had the choice to have a musician featured on one of your tracks. Which musician would that be and why?

RF
:
Wow between all of us there are so many to decide from.  If we had to choose it would be between Phil Bozeman of Whitechapel or Chris Fronzak of Attila hahaha. But yet again, there are soooo many great musicians to choose from!

PSAB: What's the metal scene like in Indianapolis?

RF
:
As of recently, it is well on its way to thriving again! Given the right date, and line up, Indianapolis can bring one hell of a crowd and/or party!  Its all about Location and timing around here! Everyone is connected, we are all constantly networking with other bands in the state and surrounding states, planning the next move and whats best for Indiana in general! Musically and entertainment alike!

PSAB: If you could release a three-way split album with two other bands, which two bands would that be?

RF
:
I am going to go local on this one!  I would would have to say ABOLISHER and VILLISCA!

PSAB: Do you have any shout outs to give to your fans, and the readers out there?

RF
:
We appreciate each and every one of you! We sincerely mean this! We give you guys ALL the credit! This goes to fans and haters alike! Keep it up, there is so much more to come!
