PSAB: What does the name "Blazing Row" come from and what does it mean exactly?
BR: Blazing Row actually means an infurious rage. Actually it is written a bit different but we kinda liked it this way. And since some of our lyrics are really inspired by today's horrors in the media and being sick of certain people. That's how we came up with it.
BR: Since some of us are extreme deathcore fans and the rest more into metalcore, we kinda blend in our different styles of liking, we do all like different styles of metal from pantera, lamb of god to aborted and white chapel. So we get influenced by them and kinda try to make our own style in it and create our music the way we like it, and hope people like it too.
BR: Not so big actually, we do have some great bands here tough. And occasionally some cool gigs around. But Belgium is a small country so its not far too drive around here. And around here are a lot of great places to perform and lots of metalheads too.
PSAB: What bands did you listen to growing up and do those bands play an influence on your music now?
BR: Metallica, Pantera, Machine Head, Lamb Of God, Aborted,... And lots more. In a certain way they sure did. It formed us as a musician as well, although modern deathcore we listen too now influences us very much too, its a blend of influences which forms our music writing process.
BR: I can think of a few :). But if i should name one... I would say the legendary Lamb Of God. Because they played maybe the biggest roll in influencing us all in both our way of playing and writing songs through most of our songs.
