Princeps Tenebrarum's newly released single, "Inhuman Beast" is a combination of brutal death metal, slam, and deathcore; which makes for a good combination. The song starts off with some minor chugging, guitar riffing, and then the song's sound turns into a more fast-paced, in-your-face, heavy death metal sound. The vocals of Nemes are great in this song, the screams are very low and raw, and the high screams are what you expect from a death metal band. From about 1:20 until 1:50 is one prolonged breakdown, mixed with high screams breaking the repetitive chugging. Soon thereafter, at 2:28 up until 3:30, the biggest breakdown on the song occurs, which is ridiculously heavy and crushing. The outro changes pace, being more upbeat, and sounds similar to trash metal.
