Interview with River Coffin!

PSAB: What does the name "River Coffin" mean exactly?

RC: It's from a Fister song. It's also a method mafia execution that leads to maximum pain. 

PSAB: You haven't released any new music since April of 2014. When can we expect new music?

RC: We have a 7" split in the works with a few new tracks. Sooner, We are going to be on a compilation of local Chicago punk and metal bands available on cassette

PSAB: If you were given an endless amount of funds to grow your local metal scene. How would you go about doing it?

RC: Buy an endless amount of drugs to help the shitty bands overdose.

PSAB: If you tour any country, which country would you choose?

RC: Indiana, and then heaven.

PSAB: What are three bands that play the most influence on your music?

RC: Dark throne, Punch, Superjoint Ritual. Every member in the band brings a little bit from different backgrounds.

PSAB: Do you have any shout outs to give to the readers out there?

RC: I wanna shout out to Mr. Big and Billy Sheehan, also of course our number one fan, Kyle Kimple
